the various landscape of the Südeifel area,near the old roman
capital of Trier (oldest town of Germany) and by the national parc of südeifel.
The guest house with great possibilities lies in the middle of a
45000 m² parc area (with many forests) and offers many indoor
and outdoor leisures and sport facilities.

The guest house is ideal for school parties,excursions,leisure groups,
student groups,families,single guests,handicaps and cause of the
numerous conference- and group meetingrooms well eligible for conferences,
education,company trainings,choirs and orchestras.

The guest house has altogether 240 beds in 45 modern rooms with
private facilities - some of them comfortable-hotel rooms with balconies.
Several modern self containing spaces and apartments for families
and groups from 5 to 180 persons are very desired and offer an
inexpensive possibility for a holiday or a family celebration.
